Is my data stored online?
No. Freezly works fully offline — all your freezers, products, and photos are stored only on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I back up my data?
Open Settings → Export backup to save an archive of your freezers, products, and photos. Use Settings → Restore from backup to import it again, on the same device or a new one.
I lost a photo after restoring a backup — what happened?
If a photo file was missing from the backup archive, the product or freezer will show a placeholder image instead. Your other data is unaffected.
Can I change the app language?
Yes — go to Settings → Language and choose Ukrainian, English, or Russian.
